At LESS 17, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all original tags are attached and place the items securely in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
